Petit Comité

A concept of premium pairing dinners where wine takes center stage, around which talented Mexican and international chefs design a custom menu for each dinner, and the wine selection is unique. This event has become a meeting point for enthusiasts of culinary experiences and fine wines. Participants can interact intimately with the chefs and/or winery owners.

By The Glass

Tastings organized in our winery or in restaurants where you can find our labels. In this event, you can enjoy a selection of wines chosen by theme and dishes made for the occasion in an 'à la carte' format and in a more relaxed atmosphere.

Château Watteau

A concept of dinners in our winery where each chapter features a different chef with an 8-course menu. It is the ideal event for only 8 participants passionate about wine and gastronomy. Each participant has a role to play in the dinner, as they must choose the wine they believe pairs best with one of the dishes.
