Privacy Notice
The company ‘Climats,’ with legal name Mexico Wine Consulting, located at Watteau 13, Nonoalco neighborhood, Benito Juárez, 03910 in Mexico City, is responsible for the processing of the personal data you provide, which will be protected in accordance with the provisions of Law 316 on the Protection of Personal Data in the Possession of Obligated Subjects for the Federal District and the United States of Mexico, and any other applicable regulations. Climats is obliged to comply with the legal and security measures necessary to protect the personal data collected for the purposes described below.
“Climats” collects and uses personal data for the purpose of carrying out its activities as required, including but not limited to importing, exporting, promoting, marketing, distributing, and generally trading in all kinds of goods and services, including but not limited to wines and related articles, as well as organizing events related to the corporate purpose of “Climats,” including cultural activities, entertainment, training, and education; and organizing and participating in conferences, courses, congresses, and seminars, nationally or internationally, as well as establishing dialogues and economic, cultural, and educational projects, price and media monitoring, evaluation and advisory services for administrative processes, internal quality control, qualitative studies, recruitment, brand and product perception, introduction of products and services to the market. The processing of personal data may encompass any purposes that are compatible or analogous to those established in this notice, without the need to obtain the consent of the data subject again for such purposes.
The personal data that may be collected include the following:
Name, Email, Address, Phone Number, Credit Card Information, Date of Birth
At no time do we collect Sensitive Personal Data.
“Climats” will implement the necessary tools for the protection of user information.
Subject to the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, the data subject, either personally or through a duly accredited legal representative, may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition by submitting the respective request solely through the person designated by ‘Climats’ to handle requests from data subjects regarding the rights referred to in the mentioned law, and submitting it to ‘Climats’ via email. info@climats.mx.
For your information, each of the mentioned rights, respectively, allows you:
- Access your personal data held by the data controller, as well as be informed about the Privacy Notice to which the processing of such data is subject.
- The data controller will make the personal data available to you or issue simple copies, electronic documents, or any other means. The delivery of personal data will be free, with the data subject only having to cover justified shipping expenses or the cost of reproduction in copies or other formats.
- Rectify any of your personal data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Cancel your personal data. If the request is accepted, the personal data will enter a blocking period in accordance with the law, during which they cannot be processed. Once the data is canceled, notice will be given to the data subject.
- To object at any time and for legitimate reasons to the processing of your personal data.
- The data subject may also, at any time: (i) opt to limit the use or disclosure of their personal data; or (ii) revoke their consent to the processing of their personal data, understanding that all processing of personal data is subject to the consent of the data subject, except for the exceptions provided by the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

“Climats” reserves the right to make changes or modifications to this privacy notice at any time, either to address legislative, regulatory, or jurisprudential developments, internal policies, market practices, or for any other reason or circumstance.
“Climats” shall incorporate any changes made to this privacy notice and make them known through any of the following means: (i) visible announcements in our offices, (ii) brochures available in our offices, or (iii) our website: www.climats.com.mx
